The BALCON team tried to make the interior of this apartment in the Spires residential complex for a large family with three sons of different ages transformable. The design had to remain relevant as the children grew up and be suitable for possible sale in the future. Since the project was conceived as universal, the team diluted the discreet decoration with bright accents - for example, the MONONOVA sofa with emerald upholstery.

Since the property consists of two apartments, the first thing the designers did was dismantle the partition and block up one of the entrance doors. To make the layout more ergonomic, they placed the kitchen in a niche. This controversial solution became optimal due to the allocation of children's and master blocks. Natural textures of wood and artificial stone in the design of a free-standing island table brought warmth to the interior. Anastasia Zakharova often turns to this technique, as it solves several functional problems at once. This volume is adjacent to a beige set with minimalist doors. Due to the unsuitable tone of the veneer, the studio team had to dismantle all the facades right before the delivery. The refrigerator and other household appliances were placed away from the work surface to maximize it. A black decorative rack, TV screen, &Tradition coffee table and lamps allowed to bring contrast here. Their shade is supported by graphic window slopes and metal blinds. The area of the master bedroom was initially compact, so it was combined with a walk-through dressing room leading to the bathroom. Mirrors behind the headboard are also designed to complicate the geometry of the room. In addition to the main furniture, it was possible to install a work area here, turning into a chest of drawers. Most of the bathroom is occupied by a shower area, separated by a partition made of tinted frameless glass. It was matted from the inside, and kept glossy from the front. In the older child's room, under the window, there is a podium with built-in storage drawers that replace the bedside table for the bed in the niche. An empty wall was left here especially for the creativity of the little owner. His brothers have their own bedroom with a bunk bed. The ceiling here is also an accent: the height allowed the surface to be painted eucalyptus green.
