Elegant interior with an unusual fireplace and Art Deco elements

Elegant interior

The owner of this elegant interior apartment is a major entrepreneur. Initially, his request implied an abundance of complex textures and elements of the Art Deco style, but during the approval process of the design project, all ideas changed, acquiring clearer forms. Only the respectable atmosphere of the space with high-quality furniture and a complex palette of natural shades in the kitchen-living room remained unchanged. Communication with the customer was productive: the project team actively adjusted the drawings, made edits, and approved the sketches.

As a result of the designer's work, more than three hundred square meters of the apartment accommodated all the necessary rooms - a public space, a couple of children's rooms, master and guest bedrooms, an office, a gym, a dressing room and five bathrooms. The visual concept developed by the designer reflected all the client's wishes so successfully that he wanted to implement the interior without significant deviations from the project. This task was entrusted to the contractor CHEHOVA4. Thus, thanks to the team's efforts, the center of attraction of the kitchen-living room became a composition of a light sofa and an armchair installed around an unusual fireplace with a glass chimney. Its wide base also plays the role of a coffee table. In the opposite part of the hall there is a kitchen with pinkish lower sections. Next to them is a dining group, represented by a round table with an elegant leg. The timeless nature of the design is provided by surfaces made of marble, metal and dark wood. Maxim Languyev emphasized the intimate atmosphere of the work area with gray wallpaper, tinted glass and stylish textiles. The central volume of the room is a wooden table with asymmetrical cylindrical supports. Custom-made curtains and several paintings also appear here. A three-dimensional bas-relief in the style of surrealism became the decoration of one of the children's rooms. The whiteness of the paint on the walls is shaded by blue inclusions on the facades of the cabinet furniture. Maximum comfort in the house was provided by additional waterproofing of the balcony, laid with porcelain stoneware.
